The ISOM Difference

Have you ever told yourself i'll start on Monday? I'll start a new workout program, diet, lifestyle change on Monday. Then by Wednesday you're telling yourself a story, having self talk that the diet or exercise program doesn’t matter and YOLO, that you will start again next Monday. Then 5-10 years pass by and you're the exact same person with all the same issues. Me too.

ISOM Fitness isn't a cookie cutter training program, at a nice climate-controlled facility, looking in the mirror doing 3 sets of x reps of bicep curls. The ISOM difference isn't fun, every day will suck, every day will be a grind, but it will change your mind set on your capabilities.

The ISOM Fitness program is designed to not only challenge you and change you physically, but challenge you and change you mentally.

The ISOM Difference is doing things that most people refuse to do, giving you the confidence and mindset that you can accomplish anything.

The Training

1 on 1 Training. Thats what ISOM Fitness is about.

We won’t just teach you how to train, or show you how to properly perform the exercise. We will be side by side with you, in the mud, suffering. Every mile, every pull up, every push up will be completed with you.

The training will be conducted outside, every workout will be in the elements. Rain or shine, hot or cold, it doesn’t matter.

Minimum equipment needed to perform The Program, running shoes and a pull up bar is all you need.

Training doesn’t just stop with working out. ISOM Fitness will also train you on diet and proper meal prep. We will go to the store with you, show you what foods to buy, what foods not to buy and most importantly how to prep the food for the week, to win.

The Diet

Awareness. Keep it simple. Discipline.

Fad Diets and yo-yo dieting doesn't work. ISOM Fitness will show you how to develop awareness of the food you're eating. To keep it simple and install discipline.

Awareness. Having awareness of the junk you're eating is the first step. If you have to ask yourself is this good for me, it's not. Having awareness will lead to smarter food choices.

Keep it simple. Finding food that you like and having consistency over time.

Discipline. Having the discipline to stick to the plan, to say no, is where you win. Discipline is everything.

The Why

Simply put. I want to help people. I want to help change lives. I want to teach others how to operate without motivation and perform off discipline. We all need training wheels when we first start off riding a bike, I want to be those training wheels.

I used to be somebody that would only operate when they felt like doing it.

I used to be somebody that had anxiety and depression.

I used to be somebody that suffered from high amounts of stress.

I used to be somebody that hated the way they looked in the mirror.

I want to help you be that used to be somebody.
