The Program

Crawl, Walk, Run Model

You need to crawl before you walk and walk before you run, workouts will be based off current fitness level and increase in difficultly as time goes on.

Workouts will be outside, in the elements, regardless of temperature or weather

Workouts are 45-60 minutes

Workouts have a base of pull ups, push ups and running.
